Even if you do have a healthy diet and try your hardest to clear up pimples, it’d take 7 weeks before the acne goes away completely, since the life span of a spot is 7 weeks.
That’s why all the antibiotics require perserverence, since there could be no visible improvement until the 6-7 week threshhold is crossed.

acne at the age of 13 is very common but if you really **** it like i do i recommend this site: getbeautifulskin(.)info these products helped me get rid of my acne. but i was older i suggest u wait a few years and just make sure you dont scratch it so you get permanent scars.

i found that when i went on roacctane it cleared my skin up amazenly! i have sensitive skin and no creams or lotions or anything worked especially if you have sensitive skin DO NOT USE creams or anything with alchohol in it, it will make it blotchy red and irritated so i stay away from toners with alchohol in them also this is a big secret but IT DOES WORK!!! try SAPODERM SOAP!it does wonders and its for all skin types you can get it at the chemist or a normal store for like $3! try it!

Accutane is a joke. My acne came right back. To top it off, my skin is more sensitive than ever. I’ve changed my diet, and have gone to SEVEN dermatologists! They don’t do anything but try one medication after another. I just had the last one tell me my hormones should have been checked before going on Accutane. I exercise now and my skin itches like crazy and gets all red and blotchy. Talk about a deterrent for exercise.

Ive been experimenting with foods lately and i have found what gives you acne. Its milk! Milk, cheeze and the ‘MILK’ found in chocolate. I stopped drinking milk for about 2 months and about 90% of my spots were gone. The best thing i can suggest is that you stop having milk, drink lots of water, Sleep infact bloody hybinate so your skin has time to rejuvinate. Exercise to rid you of stress and then see the results later. Try it out, good luck.
